• Individual Counseling is available in-person if you live within the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area of Minnesota. Cost for the initial session is $302 ($US); thereafter, a one-hour session is $195 ($US). Most insurance companies are accepted including Medicare and Medicaid (Medical Assistance).

Couples Counseling: Do you want to enrich your relationship through learning to understand and resolve one another's basic needs (e.g., affection, sexual fulfillment, conversation, recreational companionship, honesty and openness, physical attractiveness, financial support, domestic support, family commitment, admiration, and respect). You and your partner bring your own history into the relationship including your ideas, values, perceptions, and expectations. Conflict occurs when differences occur between you and your partner creating distress, tension, sadness, worry, fear, and other physical and/or mental health issues.

Family Consultation: Helping Families Cope with Mental Illness: Do you have a family member experiencing mental illness and seeking support, education, and lifeskills for self-care and coping with your family members' mental illness. Our focus to to address the issues and concerns of all family members (parents, siblings, spouses, and offspring). Family consultation encourages your healing and recovery by challenging, supporting, and guiding your family to identify your roles as it relates to your family members' mental illness and learn lifeskills to regain your sense of wholeness as an individual and as a family.

OnLine Counseling: Are you looking for a guide who will help you to work through obstacles and challenges? OnLine Counseling provides you with encouragement and support ... tools and lifeskills to help you when you get stuck ... pushing you forward to take action in spite of your hesitations, uncertainly and fears. If you are currently a client of HopeAllianz Inc, then OnLine Counseling is available to you in adjunct to your in-person individual or group sessions to clarify issues that you are currently working on, as a check-in between sessions, or during times of crisis.

• OnLine Counseling is $50 ($US) per e-mail correspondence. Third-party reimbursement is currently not available. Payment considerations need to be arranged prior to the beginning of OnLine Counseling.

Telephone Counseling: You may sometimes require telephone counseling for encouragement and support during your self-discovery and growth process.
