Natural Step School of Tai Chi and Qigong was founded by Colin Snow. He was born 1955 in London, re-located to Minneapolis with his family in July 2003. Colin has worked as an educator in both Elementary and Special Education, Instructor of Tai Chi & Qigong and as a Shiatsu practitioner. More recently he studied in Minneapolis wtih Master Chunyi Lin and instructs Tai Chi & Qigong classes at many locations in and around the Twin Cities. The essence of Tai Chi and Qigong exercises are specific but uncomplicated, gently movements of the body. The benefits are optimized when they are combined with postural alignment, correct breathing and focused mind. By studying and praticing these exercises we create a superior environment for our mind and body in which to function. We substantially increase our resistance to disease in the body, and enhance the body's natural healing process to recover from illness.
