What: Wellness Workshops focus on helping you devlop a balanced lifestyle through the connection of your mind, body, and spirit.

When: Wellness Workshops will be offered... 2010 plans being considered at this time.

Where: French Regional Park in order to take advantage of the peacefulness and enjoyment of the surroundings.

Directions to French Park: French Park is located on County Road 9 in Plymouth (Minnesota). From I-494, take County Road 9 (Roackford Road) eas 1 mile to the park entrance. From Highway 169, take County Road 9 west 2 miles to the park entrance. Parking is free.
