HopeAllianz accepts cash, check, and credit cards for InPerson and OnLine services. Health Savings accounts and Spending Accounts may be used to pay for InPerson services only. For OnLine sessions a credit card will need to be on file with HopeAllianz to charge following our session.
HopeAllianz is contracted with the following insurance networks and may be used for InPerson sessions only: Aetna, BCBS, Medica, Preferred One, TRICARE, UCare, United Behavioral Health. As a general rule, insurance does not pay for OnLine sessions.
For Out-of-Network benefits check with your insurance provider to determine what services may be covered, the fee must be paid at the time of the session, then you will submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of what they will cover.
A sliding fee is available for clients who will not be utilizing their Out-of-Network benefits, HSA or FSA benefits and who are unable to afford the full fee.
If needed, please remember to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. Cancellations will be subject to a full fee charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. No Shows will also be subject to a full fee charge. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
